Single-use product. Tubes with attached cap for Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction(QPCR).
Flat and pierceable optical quality caps, specially designed for QPCR thermal cyclers.
Made of ultra-thin ultra-thin wall polypropylene, which optimizes the temperature exchange in the thermal cycler.
Available in natural version.
The material with which the tube is made allows maximum transparency for a good visualization of the interior, for example of sediments.
The bottom of the conical tube guarantees a good collection of the sample, as well as its resuspension after centrifugation.
The flat cap attached to the tube facilitates handling by covering the tube with the same hand that holds it. These plugs are perfectly adapted to the mouth of the tube,which ensures total tightness, avoiding microevaporations during the reaction time.
Chemically inert tubes. Free of metals, RNAse, DNAse and PCR inhibitors.
Certificate is included on each inner box and in the outer box.
Working temperatures range between - 80 ° C and 100 ° C at constant temperature.
They are autoclavable at 121 ° C for 15 minutes.
