The AireGard™ NU-240 cabinets create an ISO Class 5 horizontal laminar flow. These cabinets protect the integrity of the sample from contamination, sterile environment. There is no protection (chemical or biological) for the researcher or the environment. Suitable for innocuous work only._x000D_
Ambient air is drawn in from the top of the cabinet and then blown from the rear and filtered through a HEPA filter into the work area with positive pressure, creating a horizontal laminar airflow pattern. 100% of the air is exhausted to the outside through the front._x000D_
