HORIZONTAL LAMINAR FLOW CABINETS

The ISO Class 5 (formerly Class 100) horizontal laminar flow hoods are ideal for tasks that require product protection from external and cross-contamination. The unique assembly system of the side walls, positioned inside the filter perimeter, prevents potential contaminants from entering the work area through the filter frame itself thanks to the Venturi effect. The air drawn from the environment is pre-filtered through high-efficiency polyurethane and, pushed by the fan motor into the retention plenum, passes through the absolute filter and enters the work area. The air emerges from the H-14 HEPA filter placed in front of the operator, moving in a compact and laminar manner, creating an ISO Class 5 work area, thus sterile, and removing potential contaminant particles from the product being worked on. Features: Manufacturing: The external surfaces are made of cold-rolled steel with white epoxy coating, baked at 200ºC, resistant to the chemical compounds used for sterilization. Work surface: The work area/chamber surface is made of AISI 304 2B stainless steel. **Absolute HEPA H-14 filter with flow equalizer, efficiency greater than 99.995% on particles of 0.3 microns. MIL-F51068C and BS 3298 standards. Fan motors: Centrifugal with double suction, suitable for providing laminar flow in the work area, especially capable of handling filter saturation up to a maximum value of 400 Pascal. Control panel: Soft-touch keyboard with switch for LED lamps, UV light, electronically self-regulated HEPA filter airspeed maintenance system, and control key to reduce speed in ECO mode. Lighting: LED lamps placed in the central part with prismatic diffuser screen for better light distribution on the work surface.
