PES membrane filters
This membrane is constructed from a temperature-resistant, acid- and baseresistant polyethersulfone polymer.
These membrane filters are recommended for biological applications in aqueous solutions and protein filtration.
They are designed to retain particles during general filtration. Their low protein adsorption and low drug binding characteristics make them ideal for use in life science applications.
Excellent flow rate, even with viscous liquids.
Sterilization: autoclave at 121 ºC, with Y radiation or ethylene oxide
Applications:
- Filtration and sterilization of proteins and enzymes.
- Sterilization of biological fluids, serum and tissue culture media.
- Biological and clinical analysis.
- Filtration and sterilization of pharmaceutical solutions.
- Determination of the presence of Legionella for the concentration or elution method according to ISO 11731:2017.
