CO2 Incubators

Incubator with precise CO2 and temperature control that allows optimal conditions for cell culture under hypoxic conditions. The air is recirculated through an external pump to the chamber homogenising the temperature conditions. Heating elements (5) in walls, base, ceiling and bottom of the equipment to generate high temperature uniformity.

  • Precise control of %CO2 conditions
  • Dual beam, self-calibrating, Vaisala type IR sensor with a failure rate 2% and a light lifetime >10 years.
  • Range 0.1-20% CO2,
  • Accuracy ±0.1%.
  • Recovery in 5% CO2 conditions in less than 5 minutes after door opening.
  • Precise control of temperature conditions:
  • Adjustable from +5ºC above ambient to +55ºC.
  • Accuracy ±0.1ºC.
  • Average temperature recovery 0,12ºC/min.

Unique incubator design allows constant prevention of contamination inside the chamber:

  • Triple HEPA filtration, ISO 5 air conditions (clean room equivalent) and slight positive pressure inside.
  • Inner chamber made of 100% 304 stainless steel, rounded edges and completely free of elements where any type of contamination can accumulate.
  • NUTOUCH electronic control system, totally adaptable and self-sufficient, which allows precise control of the internal environment. With control via colour touch screen, very easy to operate and available in several languages (English, Spanish, German and French).
  • Allows access to historical data (downloadable via USB port and RS485)
  • Includes diagnostic software for fault detection.

Models with decontamination cycle:

  • 12-hour cycle with dry heat (at 145ºC).
  • 8-hour cycle with moist heat (at 95ºC).
  • Cycles can be performed at night as part of preventive maintenance, without the need to disassemble any elements (no CO2 sensor or HEPA filter disassembly required).
