Automatic pipette and burette washing system

High-quality, high-speed automatic system for washing pipettes or burettes.

Quickly and safely solves the problem of washing pipettes, especially in laboratories that use radioactive, corrosive and toxic materials.

The complete system is made up of:

  • a washing device (stool washer* or pipe washer) codes 19215 or 19217

* The 19215 burette washer allows you to wash burettes and pipettes up to 60 cm in length.

  • Some baskets, codes 19219 or 19222, to carry the pipettes or burettes
  • A container (19128, 19221 or 19223) where a solution with detergent and where the baskets already mentioned are placed.

    • Characteristics:

  • The pipette/burette washer has a siphon vacuum system, which allows for continuous water replacement. It is filled from the top while the water

    • contaminated comes out through the siphon at the bottom of the device. The device has a ring (removable) on which a support designed to place the water pipe is fixed

    (pipe not supplied). Two supports are supplied with each device.

  • The baskets where the pipettes and burettes are placed are specially designed with an elastic polyethylene bottom to avoid the risk of breakage. Each basket has a

    • removable handle. Basket 19222 has a single handle, basket 19219 has a handle double.

  • The 191219 extension is a larger handle that can be adapted to the basket 19219.
  • The containers (19218, 19221,19223) are designed to contain the solution with detergent and let the pipettes soak. In the 19218 container you can place two baskets to “soak” two sets of pipettes/burettes while another basket is rinsed in the pipe cleaners, since soaking is the operation that takes the longest.

    • Proper operation of the system is guaranteed even with reduced water flow.
