0.2 ml PCR tubes with attached flat
Single use tubes with attached flat. Caps are flat and pierceable. Designed for the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Made of ultraclear polypropylene. Tube walls are
ultrathin to optimise temperature exchange in thermocyclers (adaptable to the majority of existing on the market: Ericomp, Twinblock, Perkin Elmer 9600, Mj Research 100/200 96V, etc.).
Not suitable for PCR Real Time.
Available in natural and coloured versions.
The highly transparent material of the tubes allows for a perfect visualisation of their interior, and of such substances as sediments for instance.
The conical tube bottom ensures a good sample collection and a good sample re-suspension after centrifugation.
Caps attached to tubes facilitate handling and allow single handed closing of tubes. Caps fully fit into tubes for a leakproof seal, thus avoiding micro-evaporations during reaction time.
Tubes are chemically inert and RNAse, DNAse, pyrogen and metal-free (certificate upon each inner box and on each outer case).
Tubes withstand temperatures from – 80 ºC and 100ºC.
Autoclavable at 121ºC for 15 minutes.
To facilitate tube handling, storage or transport, we recommend the use of racks M-640, M641, M-550,551,552,553 or workstations codes M-540,541,542 or 543.
