Session of the Master of Nutrition and Food Safety at the UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia
Last Saturday, we had the honor of being invited once again by Professor Paco Girón to participate in a practical-theoretical session of the Food Risks subject of the Master of Nutrition and Food Safety.
Our partners and our extensive experience in Food Safety allowed us to advise and support laboratories and the food industry in adapting to the new requirements that arose during the COVID-19 pandemic. This process was crucial to guarantee the safety and quality of food products in a context of high demand and health concerns.
We give special thanks to our colleague Guillermo Hernández Ros for his professionalism and to Professor Paco Girón, UCAM and the Master students, who showed great interest and enthusiasm during the session.
