Gradilla isofreeze para PCR con gel refrigerante indicador de temperatura
Gradilla de seguridad para un máximo de 96 tubos de 0,2 ml (dispuestos 8 x 12), tanto sueltos, como en tiras o en placas.
Fabricada en polipropileno y rellena con gel no tóxico.
Al extraer la gradilla del congelador, o en caso de fallo del mismo, el gel mantiene la temperatura de la gradilla y la muestra a menos de 4 ºC durante casi cuatro horas.
Además, la gradilla cambia de color (de verde a amarillo), a medida que la temperatura varía (ver gráfico explicativo).
Dimensiones con tapa: 141 x 99 x 44 mm.
Dimensiones sin tapa: 141 x 99 x 38 mm.
IMPORTANTE:
Congelar durante un mínimo de 8 horas a –20 ºC antes de usarla.
Mantenerla tapada al trabajar.
Guardar en el congelador mientras no se usa.
