Kit muestro carnes c/esponja sin plantilla
DESCRIPCIÓN
Diseñado según la normativa internacional ISO 17604, que se toma como referencia en las directivas europeas y reglamentos euopeos para el muestro de canales o carcasas de carne.
Componentes:
- Frasco con 25 ml de agua de peptona tamponada y estéril.
- Una bolsa Whirl - Pak que contiene una esponja abrasiva estéril.
Instrucciones:
- Póngase un par de guantes estériles (no incluidos).
- Abra la bolsa que contiene la esponja y luego vierta la mitad del agua de peptona dentro de la bolsa con el fin de humedecer la esponja.
- Una vez tomada la muestra, volver a introducir la esponja en la bolsa y añadir el resto del agua de peptona.
- Cierre la bolsa y envíela a un laboratorio.
