Deltaklean para detección Salmonella spp
DESCRIPCIÓN
Escobillón con medio de cultivo e indicador de crecimiento para la detección de Salmonella spp. directamente de superficies. El medio incorpora un indicador de pH para indicar actividad biológica, mediante el cambio de color del medio que es fácilmente visible.
- Con 2,5 ± 2ml agar.
- Caducidad 6 meses.
- Almacenamiento 10-25ºC.
- Composición medio diferencial.
TÉCNICA
1. Extraer el escobillón estéril del interior de la bolsa.
2. Humedecer la punta del escobillón sumergiéndola en solución fisiológica estéril.
3. Escurrir el líquido en exceso apoyando la punta del escobillón contra la pared del tubo.
4. Frotar el escobillón en una superficie (10 x 10 cm2) horizontal y verticalmente.
5. Introducir el escobillón en el tubo que contiene el medio de cultivo.
6. Cerrar el tubo y anotar la fecha y lugar de muestreo.
7. Incubar a 37°C durante 18-24 horas.
8. Observar el cambio de color del medio e interpretar el resultado:
- Medio rojo: Ausencia de Salmonella spp.
- Medio rojo/negro: Presencia de Salmonella spp.
- Medio amarillo: Presencia de coliformes Cada laboratorio debe evaluar los resultados de acuerdo a sus especificaciones.
CONTROL DE CALIDAD
- Control Físico/Químico Color: Rojo pH: 7,4 ± 0,2 a 25ºC
- Control microbiológico Inocular: rango práctico 10-50 UFC
- Aerobiosis: Incubación a 37±1ºC lectura a las 18-24 h
