Vertical laminar flow cabinet with a high level of containment designed to protect the operator, the environment and the product during sensitive cage changing processes in an animal house environment (protection against hair and dust allergies).
Non-recirculating, 100% exhaust airflow, with an automatic and continuous suction flow regulation system and an exclusive filtration system (Push-Pull Airflow System) that ensures that the filtered air reaches the working surface in vertical, uniform and totally clean patterns. The supply and exhaust filter is HEPA type H-14. The geometry of the ENERGY SAVER HEPA filters is V-shaped, increasing the retention surface for particles equal to or larger than 0.3 microns with a retention efficiency of 99.995%.
The filters have a mesh structure that maintains the shape of the pleat, increases their resistance to impact or deformation and can also be repaired. The cabin has a four-stage pre-filtration system prior to the HEPA ejection filter under the work surface with a stainless steel plate, fine nylon mesh to capture large particles, medium pore foam mesh and small pore foam mesh. Specially designed for the requirements of working in an animal house:
- Mobile cabin, with 4 wheels (all with brakes) and push bar on each side.
- 3 metre retractable cable
- Base electrically adjustable in height
- Large front opening of 356 mm. This allows the insertion of large animal boxes and a wide variety of equipment. No frames to limit visibility of the interior.
Flat work surface, made of AISI 304 stainless steel. NuAire offers the option of ordering this surface compartmentalised in 2 or 4 sections, by means of perforations (as an air intake grill) which generates 2 or 4 independent surfaces and allows the creation of truly isolated work areas. Cabin configuration in open on both sides or open on one side only.
