Pcr Fast
PCR FAST es una cabina que pertenece a la última generación de cabinas fabricadas por FASTER y está diseñada específicamente para realizar amplificación y manipulación sensible por Reacción en Cadena de la Polimerasa (PCR) de ADN o ARN. Estas campanas protegen la integridad de la muestra frente a la contaminación. Están diseñadas para crear un ambiente limpio para trabajos de molecular.
Inyección de aire limpio + luz UV para la descontaminación entre distintos trabajos (El UV degrada las moléculas biólogas viables y no viables). El aire inyectado no es de tipo flujo laminar, si no aire limpio prefiltrado por un HEPA UPA H14.
